Jim has been a Consultant with WSI since mid 1999 and is based in Luton, Bedfordshire, UK. He has a team of six and a wide client base that covers many industry sectors large and small from one man businesses to large multi-nationals with multi-million pound turnovers.

Jim is a founding member of the International Advisory Council and works closely with WSI to represent the interests of Consultants throughout the UK and Ireland. Jim runs training sessions for Consultants and customers and has travelled as far a field as Australia and New Zealand as well as to Europe and throughout the UK. He has been a presenter at a number of WSI global conventions like the Excellence and Innovation Conference and has been awarded the “Best Presenter” honour from fellow Consultants no less than 4 times. He is also a group leader and a Mentor within the WSI Consultants community.

With the explosion in e-commerce and the Internet industry in general, Jim has witnessed several small and medium sized businesses run for cover in the threat of increasing and intense competition. “Sadly”, he says, “most of them have nowhere to run to!” In his workshops for business owners, he educates them on how to face competition head on and live up to the challenges of the Internet era because “the rewards are more than exciting!” Explaining cyber dynamics in simple terms to workshop attendees, he shows them ways to harness the vast potential of the Internet and profit from it without having to spend too much time, money or effort. His guiding philosophy and words of advice to his clients are, “Your website should work for you – not the other way around!”
