Over the past 20 years Wayne has worked with the Jamaican Government and Private sector companies in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and the Cayman Islands. He started his consulting career as an IT Consultant with KPMG and for the most part he has worked as a Consultant in the areas of Information Technology, Operations and Customer Service. He was an executive with one of the largest financial institutions in Jamaica immediately before opening his WSI Office in Jamaica.

Wayne’s path to becoming a WSI Internet Consultant began while working with web developers on behalf of his Clients. During this period he noticed that there was always a factor missing with these website projects; that is, no return on investment (ROI). He then decided to enter the Internet Consulting business and came across WSI in an edition of Entrepreneur Magazine.

He began full time operations in June 2006 with his primary target market being SMEs and Large Corporates. Wayne has also worked with local charity organizations.

He is passionate about helping businesses succeed and strongly believes in the adage “what gets monitored gets done”. His primary objective for every Client engagement is to ensure that the client achieves a healthy return on investment.

He is an avid reader of business and motivational literature and has contributed articles to the two most popular newspapers in Jamaica, The Jamaica Gleaner and the Jamaica Observer.
